Indulge in a leisurely afternoon with a spectacularly delectable two-course brunch menu featuring a main and dessert, alongside ninety mintues of free-flowing Botanical Prosecco Bellinis – and a chance to build your own! An afternoon of culinary wonders await, from French Toast and Eggs Florentine to Pink Fluffy Pancakes and Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Choose from a range of botanical purées for your free-flowing bellinis, including Cucumber & Mint; Strawberry, Red Rose & Lemon Thyme; Red & Orange Pepper. Then, build and decorate your own Bellini from a range of prosecco & kombucha, foams, flowers, botanicals, sweets, fruits and vegetables.
