Every Bank Holiday weekend, enter the enigmatic Elixir Room and unleash your inner Victorian mad scientist with an afternoon of cocktail-making and experimenting.
Guided by one of Mr Fogg’s daring doctors, you’ll step into the shoes of budding pharmacists, eager to delve into the secrets of mixology. Witness unique ingredients fizz, bubble and transform your concoctions, under the watchful eye of your mentor. Together, explore the limits of mixology, as you sip and savour your creations, discovering a world of intricate and unexpected flavours.

Let the experiments begin!
Step 1: Let the cocktail experimentation commence! Upon arrival, the Apothecary Pharmacists will welcome you as their eager apprentices, ready to develop and test their latest antidotes on you.
Step 2: Craft your first ‘potion’ at your table with a set of remedial ingredients and savour your libation in the wonderfully cosy atmosphere of the Elixir Room – a hidden gem in the heart of Mayfair.

Step 3: Under the guidance of the Apothecary Pharmacists, approach the pharmaceutical counter to shake, stir, and concoct your next cocktail, which will then be sampled, evaluated, and approved by you for quality control.
Step 4: After sampling the restorative creation, it’s time to take experimentation to the next level with another miraculous potion! Mix up a wondrous colour-changing concoction at your table, concluding the day’s creations. Amidst the utterly unique setting of the Elixir Room, who knows what other marvels await?
